What is WCMElevate?

WCMElevate is a virtual 5-month program with 5 workshop sessions. Workshop sessions feature high calibre speakers and professional development experts, presenting on topics that mid- senior women by providing you tools to achieve your career goals and accelerate your career.

Peer to Peer Learning is a new component, where registrants will be invited to learn from one another in a non-structured session, 1 week following each workshop. Registrants will share stories from their career journey and gain valuable learning opportunities from their peers.

To get the most out of this program you will be expected to get involved with networking opportunities, complete pre-work before sessions & show up to all sessions prepared to fully engage.
